About Arusuvai Arasu Catering

Arusuvai Arasu was founded by Arusuvai Natarajan who hails from a small town in Kumbakonam. Arusuvai Arasu title was fondly given to our founder by the former President of India V.V.Giri and thus the company was named Arusuvai Arasu. Thiru N. Natarajan came to Madras from Kumbakonam and worked at Geeta Café in Mount Road. It was while he worked there he happened to meet the former president V.V.Giri through organising his daughter’s marriage ceremony. It is the motivation and well wishes by the former president that led to the founding of Arusuvai Arasu later by our Founder.

In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, it's difficult and risky to accumulate the guests for wedding ceremonies. On the other hand, we can’t ignore our loved ones too.

1008 Kalyanam

We catered for “1008 kalyanam” ceremony presided by former chief minister J Jayalalithaa at Thiruverkadu. The mass event was held at 20 halls. We were able to successfully serve 10000 people with “Kalyana Virundhu Menu” handwritten by former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa


Mahamaham

We catered for Kumbakonam mahamaham event in association with sastra. Our experience, discipline and dedication made us successfully serve 1 Lakh people with our delightful food.


Larsen and Toubro

Arusuvai Arasu is not only a wedding catering brand, we are more than that. Our dedication and experience in serving food in mass events helped us to cater for many mass government events to corporate events. One such example is our association with L & T. For the past 4 years, we cater for 10000 to 12000 employees of L&T at their annual day celebrations.


Hyundai

Another proof that we can cater for mass corporate events is Hyundai's 26th anniversary food catering experience. That was one of the most successful experiences for us. We were able to serve 25000 Elai sappadu at the time of lunch without any failures
